Sarah Realmuto serves as the Clinic Manager for the OSWT program, bringing nearly five years of experience with the organization prior to stepping into this role, along with a strong background in patient care and clinical operations. Throughout her career, Sarah has been passionate about creating a supportive and efficient environment where both patients and providers can thrive.

Before moving into leadership, Sarah worked extensively in healthcare settings, developing a deep understanding of patient needs and the importance of delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Her experience across multiple areas of clinical operations enables her to help ensure the OSWT clinic runs smoothly while upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism.

As Clinic Manager, Sarah oversees daily operations, coordinates patient care, and supports the clinical team in delivering exceptional outcomes. She is committed to fostering a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in the care they receive.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.
