Erin graduated from Jacksonville State University in 2006 with a degree in Business Management. She brings over 20 years of experience within a large Dental Service Organization (DSO), where she developed a comprehensive operational skill set spanning executive planning, practice management, clinical operations, analytics, and revenue cycle leadership. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager of DSO Revenue Cycle, where she played a key role in optimizing financial performance and operational efficiency across the organization.

Erin currently serves as the Scheduling and Revenue Cycle Manager for OMS Consulting, where she oversees scheduling strategy and revenue cycle processes to support scalable growth and improved practice performance.

She resides in Oxford, Alabama with her husband of 18 years and their two children. Outside of work, Erin is actively involved in her children’s school and athletic activities and values time spent with her family.
