Elizabeth brings a unique blend of analytical thinking, creative planning, and people-focused leadership to her role at OMS Consulting. After earning her degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education from Vanderbilt University, she began her career as a high school math teacher—building the foundation for her structured, solution-oriented approach.

Drawn to the fast-paced world of events, Elizabeth shifted into the music industry as an event planner, working in Nashville and later New York City. When the pandemic brought her back to Alabama, she pivoted into wedding and venue management, where she mastered the art of logistics, coordination, and making complex operations look effortless.

As Director of De Novo Operations at OMS Consulting, Elizabeth leads and oversees the launching of our services in new locstions across the United States. Her meticulous attention to detail and ability to track every moving part make her essential to successfully launching and scaling new offices.

Outside of work, Elizabeth loves long walks, cooking for her (very large) family, and tackling intricate jigsaw puzzles.
